What we offer:
We run a merit-based Jiu Jitsu program—promotions are earned through skill, consistency, and measurable improvement, not simply attendance or time on the mat. Our coaches track how well you can apply technique under pressure, including control, escapes, transitions, and submissions in live training.
We understand the difference between competitors and hobbyists, and we evaluate each student accordingly. A competition-focused blue belt and a hobbyist blue belt are often built differently, with different pacing, intensity, and expectations—and we coach and rank with that reality in mind. Whether your goal is self-defense, fitness, confidence, or competition, you’ll be trained with a plan that matches your purpose.
We train both Gi and No-Gi throughout the week, so students develop a complete grappling skill set—strong fundamentals, smart defense, and the ability to adapt to different grips, speeds, and styles.

We run a merit-based Muay Thai program focused on real skill development—clean technique, strong fundamentals, and the ability to apply what you learn under pressure. Traditional Muay Thai is the foundation (punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and clinch work), but we also blend in K-1 and Dutch-style kickboxing influences—more combinations, sharper boxing, structured pressure, and smart pace control.
Training includes pad work, bag work, partner drilling, conditioning, and situational rounds designed to build timing, balance, defense, and fight IQ—not just burn calories. Sparring is not required, especially for newcomers. But it is encouraged when you’re ready, because it’s one of the best ways to build confidence, composure, and real-world ability in a controlled environment. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or competition, we’ll guide you with a progression that matches your experience and comfort level.

Our Boxing program is a beginner-friendly, fundamentals-first class built to teach the basics the right way—stance, footwork, balance, guard, and clean punching mechanics. It’s an ideal entry point for anyone new to striking, and it also pairs perfectly with Muay Thai by giving you a strong foundation in movement, timing, defense, and hands.
Training focuses heavily on drills, pad work, and bag work, with clear coaching and lots of reps so you actually improve—not just sweat. Sparring is not required, especially for newcomers, but it’s available for those who want it and are ready. While the class is designed to be a strong starting point, we still have more serious boxing students training alongside beginners, so you’ll have room to grow as your skill level and goals evolve.

Our Kids Programs (Jiu Jitsu + Muay Thai) are built to develop real skill, confidence, and discipline—and they’re 100% merit-based. We don’t promote kids just because they’ve attended a certain number of classes. Progress is earned through ability, effort, and improvement, with coaching that meets each child where they’re at.
Our Kids Muay Thai program uses a level system from 0–10, and each level is color-coded by shirt so parents and coaches can instantly see where a student is at. All students are required to purchase their first level shirt when they start. The program is structured to work great for brand-new beginners and to keep advanced kids challenged with higher expectations and deeper skill development as they level up.
Our Kids Jiu Jitsu program focuses on fundamentals, control, and safe live training, with promotions based on technical progress and performance, not time served. It’s excellent for kids who want fitness and confidence, and it also supports competitive athletes who want to level up fast.
For fast learners and serious competitors, we offer invite-only competition training. This is an add-on membership (+$50/month) and requires a solid commitment from both the student and parents. These sessions move faster, train harder, and demand consistent attendance and effort.

Whether you’re stepping on the mats for the first time or you’ve been training for years, Juggernaut MMA is built for real progress—not fluff. You’ll get experienced coaching, structured classes, and training that actually makes sense, so you improve faster, stay safer, and know exactly what you’re working toward.
We push hard, but we don’t do ego. This is a place where beginners are welcomed, hard work is respected, and advanced students are challenged. If you want fitness, confidence, self-defense, or competition-ready skills, we’ll help you build it the right way—one solid session at a time.
And here’s what matters most: our members aren’t just a face—or a number on a spreadsheet. You’re family here, on and off the mats. People get to know you, coaches actually pay attention, and the atmosphere is the kind that keeps you coming back because it feels like you belong.
